Welcome to Tar-Pam Guide Service’s Website!  Tar-Pam Guide Service is a year-round guide service specializing in light tackle fishing on the Pamlico and Albemarle Sounds and their tributaries.  Based in “Little Washington”, the name “Tar-Pam” represents the confluence of the freshwater Tar River and the brackish estuarine waters of the Pamlico River.  Our service area includes most of North Carolina’s Inner Banks Region consisting of the Pamlico, Pungo, Neuse, and Roanoke Rivers.  Come explore these waters and experience excellent fishing for native inshore saltwater species on a 22′ Pathfinder Bay Boat.  All equipment is provided and we utilize high quality conventional and fly tackle to maximize your fishing experience.
