We went fishing Monday up in the Albemarle and caught around 30 fish once we got on them.  A 30 fish trip with minimal effort is a great trip.  That’s what is so wonderful about the Albemarle Sound and Roanoke River striper fishery.  As we continue to have more typical winter weather and water temperatures, I am getting very excited to see how these fish begin to move into their winter pattern and get “right” for us in the coming weeks.   I’m hoping for some big, big numbers!  Give me a call to get in on the action.  Fishing should get really good and stay that way until early to mid March.
