Pamlico Flounder Update

Yesterday’s 1/2 Day morning trip yielded around 15 flounder with a nice 19″ keeper.  The flounder bite has remained consistent with typical catches ranging from 15-30 fish per trip.  The keeper ratio has been about 1 out of every 5-6 undersized fish.  On some days, we do a little better on keepers.  On others, a little fewer.  It’s a whole lot of fun to feel that thunk on the end of your line and have it come tight with a nice flattie.

I have a nice gentleman from Washington who is by himself and looking to go with 2 others. Cost per person for the $400 1/2 Day ( 4 hour) trip is a mere $133/person.  For the  $500 3/4 Day (6 hour) trip, a mere $166/person.  That’s a deal if you like to fish.  Come learn how to catch flounder in the summer without traveling all the way to the crowded beaches.  Email me and I’ll do my best to put together a crew of 3.

July openings:  6, 14, 16, 20-25, 27-30
