White Bass Catching This Weekend on Carolina Outdoor Journal

Check out Carolina Outdoor Journal’s newest episode this coming weekend on UNC-TV, where my friend Brad Whitaker and I are fishing for White Bass on a Piedmont river.  This was a great experience and was a fun show to film.  A special thanks to my good friend and fellow COJ guide, Capt. Greg Griffin (www.greggofish.com) for running the camera boat and also my good friend Nathan Edwards for lending us his jon yacht to use as a the camera boat.  White Bass are common in some Piedmont and foothill rivers and lakes, and they offer an amazing fight on light to ultralight spinning tackle or fly rods.  It’s just another of North Carolina’s great fisheries showcased by Joe Albea on the Carolina Outdoor Journal (www.carolinaoutdoorjournal.com) If you like fishing in North Carolina, there is no better source that features fishing in this state from the Mountains to the Coast.  Full length episodes from this season and the past two seasons are available on the Carolina Outdoor Journal YouTube Channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCCz1Ru2I4G_4qNFm_NAR55w.

Be sure to DVR it this weekend on UNC-TV this Saturday, Oct. 28 at 5 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 29 at 11 a.m.

Here’s the full length version on Carolina Outdoor Journal’s YouTube channel in case you can’t catch it this weekend.  Enjoy!
