This is a special opportunity for anyone experiencing cabin fever from the hurricane and looking to catch giant red drum in 2018 before they move back out into the ocean or for anyone I’ve taken already this season who asked me to let them know about a cancellation:

I’ve had this coming Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (Sept. 19-21) and also next Thrusday (Sept. 27) open up for drum fishing.  Hurricane Florence will be past us tomorrow, and the forecast for the rest of the week looks very favorable for more great drum fishing.  Fishing was really good before the storm with consistent double digit catches in the mornings on artificial baits.  These are prime dates during the best part of the season, and our morning corking trips have been really consistent.  Giant Red Drum fishing after hurricanes has historically been excellent.

Who wants to go?  Call me at 252-945-9715 or email richard@tarpamguide.com to set up your trip.

I’ll have an updated fishing report as soon as I get one.
