Today was a bit scrappy on the speckles but we redeemed ourselves with a few redfish. Curtis, Dan, and Mike were patient today for some slower trout fishing. We just aren’t used to that after it’s been so good all summer. Conditions change and so does the fishing. We fished and fished and only caught 3, but we did manage some smaller striped mixed in. We decided to abandon the trout and went looking for some drum in the middle of day and found enough to wet our whistle and get the boys pumped up.
