Today Mike and Drew celebrated Drew’s birthday by staying busy pulling on some giant reds caught under the popping corks. This morning conditions were ideal with little to no wind and we had lots of bites early. As the morning progressed the conditions worsened as the wind picked up significantly so we went in around lunchtime. Just a nice leisurely morning catching a few 40-52 inch fish by casting artificials on light tackle. Drew’s had the biggest fish of the day at 52″, a new record for me with the cork.
