We’re still catching plenty of slot drum. Some trips have been more productive than others with the trout.
We’ve had a few significant “firsts” in the past few days. John’s son, Dillon, caught his first redfish ever (not only his first but he caught more than anyone else). John caught his first keeper flounder after catching tons of small ones. He was too shy for the camera. Jen, Chris, and Dan from Kansas and Georgia caught a few slot drum today and will enjoy some fine eating this evening on their Outer Banks vacation.
