Flatties and Old Drum

Today I had Harry, Clint, and Flatfish Jim on the boat. These guys are no rookies on the flounder fishing. I put them on the fish and they caught them……simple as that. We ended with alot of undersized fish and plenty of keepers with our ratio being about 1 keeper for every 6 throwbacks. Flatfish Jim caught the biggest fish of the day at 21.5 inches. The flounder bite should continue to be spectacular through the end of October, so give us a buzz if you want flatties. We can put you on them.

Capt. David took Joe and his son out on the big water today looking for some giant reds. He put each of them on a big red. Neither one of them have caught them before and were impressed with the fishery.

I think a great day was had all around on both trips.
