Today was my first giant red drum charter of the 2017 season, and it was no disappointment. Ben came down from Baltimore to try it for the first time. When he stepped on my boat this morning, he said he’d chased big drum in both Florida and Louisiana and had some tough fishing in both destinations. Needless to say he was impressed with the size of our fish and the intensity and aggression of the topwater bites he saw today. He are some pictures.
