Great Morning Fishing in the Heat

This week has been very hot and unfit for most activities outside, including fishing. To mitigate this, we start early and end early. By 10:30 this morning, the Farmers had caught about 50 or so fish, mostly undersized flounder, a fair number of small stripers, a few small puppy drum, and a black drum. We enjoyed lots of action and a few keepers for a fresh fish dinner. I have next Thursday, Aug. 4 open. Let me know if you want to go. The heat wave is going to break this weekend and we’ll be having more tolerable highs in the mid to upper eighties. Sheeeew!
