I’ll be heading up to Manteo this week to check on the trout bite. As of this coming Sat. afternoon, I’ll have the boat tied up in downtown Manteo in a slip along the boardwalk in front of the Tranquil House Inn and 1587 Restaurant. Downtown Manteo is a lively place in the summer. It has numerous shops, restaurants, a great waterfront boardwalk, and most importantly, excellent fishing close by. If you are in town or visiting the Outer Banks this summer, come by and see us or give us a call to book a light tackle charter in the sound.
