The grey trout and bluefishing in the Pamlico Sound was on fire today. Lots of greys in the 18-22″ range, plenty of bigger blues, a few specs, a couple of keeper flounder rounded out the Stevens’ day. They were visiting NC from Kentucky and got to see how we fish in the Pamlico Sound. Don’t they look like they are having fun………the most fun you can have without breaking the law. Great fishing on an absolutely gorgeous fall day! Thank you Lord!
Weather permitting, we’ll be going back tomorrow to put some tags in the greys for a N.C. State tagging study.
