Leavy and Kim are tough. I had to drag them in at the end of the trip. They were determined fisherpeople and earned every one of the 30 or so stripers they caught today. We had a bunch of fun even though it’s not quite time to break out the flip flops.
We also had the Beaver Boat out fishing today with Capt. Joey and Bob and his son. They had about the same catch.
LIMITS FOR BOTH BOATS! Keeper season is now in and we’ll be easily filling our limits throughout the March pre-spawn season on the Lower Roanoke. For those of you looking to catch lots of fish and also keep your limit for dinner, now is the time to go. We have openings to fit your schedule.
