I had the pleasure of fishing all day today with Jerry Dilsaver, who will be featuring Tar-Pam Guide Service in an article coming out in N.C. Sportsman early next summer on Outer Banks speckled trout fishing. I had my buddy Vaughan along and we all had a great time telling stories and catching some fish on topwater in the early morning and on live bait later in the day. Another pretty day on the water with light E/SE winds.
