Terry and Tina had an excellent trip catching their first North Carolina giant red drum.  We started out catching a couple of fish each and then each pulling a fish off (which doesn’t happen very often as the circle hooks are usually hooked nicely in the corner of the mouth but sometimes they don’t stick right out of the gate).  That bite fell off a little and we went searching for greener grass, which we didn’t find.  After getting beaten around the Neuse River for a while during a 20-25 knot sou’wester, we ended up about right back where we started and caught a few more before dark.  They had a great time and so did I.
