The topwater bite slowed a bit today. Don’t know exactly why but that’s fishing. We’ve had lots of East wind and high tide until today when a little west wind dropped the water about a foot and a half. Adam, Elliot, and Lucy had a wonderful introduction to the Inner Banks and were able to land a few stripers on topwater and on jerk baits. Lucy and Elliot both got to catch their first stripers. A beautiful day on the Inner Banks!
