Yesterday I got a little break from baby duty and hit the river on a beautiful morning with my sidekick, Capt. Tom Johnson. Capt. Tom is a great guy and will be running the 22′ Beaver Boat for us this year on the Pamlico. We found plenty of stripers. I’m excited about our late May and June fishing and what’s ahead. We’ll certainly be chasing some slot, overslot, and giant redfish in the early summer.
