We caught around 50 today. Jack, Todd, and Tom from Hickory got their fill on the Roanoke River stripers. Yesterday, we caught about 25-30. Freddie and his boys each caught their first stripers and had a ball. We are still fishing the lower river but will be heading up to Weldon beginning Apr. 14. I still have a few early dates available. Apr. 14-17 is open as well as the afternoon of Saturday, Apr. 19. I also have Apr. 27 (pm) and 28 and that’s it. Get em while they are still open. It should be a great spring spawn in Weldon this year.
