Striper Season is in and the fish are HERE!

For those of you who like eating striped bass, keeper season has come in today (Oct. 1st).  We are allowed 2 fish/day/person 18-22″ and 1 fish/day/person over 27″ in inland waters.  In coastal waters, we can keep 2 fish/day/person >18″.  If you’d like to come catch some of these excellent gamefish on topwater and take a few fish home for supper, now is the time to come fishing on the Inner Banks.  We will have excellent topwater striper action through this fall leading up to the holidays.  Lately, we’ve been catching a mixed bag of stripers, specs, flounder, and puppy drum in the Pamlico River.  Here are a few pics from our recent outings:
