Temperatures are getting just right for some late fall and winter striper fishing. We have still been picking along at some speckled trout (see the photos below from our trips this past week), but we are now shifting our focus to stripers. We’ll still be trout fishing on the Pamlico if the bite is good, but it’s time start seeing some stripes instead of specs. We expect the striper fishing to be good on the Pamlico as well as the Roanoke in the coming weeks.
