Mixed bag of small speckled trout, puppy drum, and keeper size flounder on the Pungo River. The smaller speckled trout are biting in the morning on soft plastics. No sign of the mature trout. Spent quite a bit of time looking for the slot drum but the west wind had the water churned up. Ended up with some pups and a keeper flounder for dinner. Call me to get in on some exciting light tackle fall fishing!
