I apologize for the lack of fishing reports. I’ve been fishing everyday, and fishing has been the same each day with excellent striper fishing. We’re now starting to see a few more trout, puppy drum, and flounder in the rivers. We’ve consistently been catching 30-80 stripers a day. Plenty of action for everyone. Today I was fortunate to host Wayne, a 7 year old boy who loves to fish. Lisa Adams, of Angels N Camo, put together this trip for Wayne, who has suffered from Type 1 Diabetes since he was an infant. Wayne had a lot of enthusiasm and enjoyed catching fish. Collectively we caught striper, trout, and puppy drum, and Wayne caught almost all of them. We even caught a $100 reward red tagged striper. It was a nice time on the water and a great reward to share our fishing with a young local boy who enjoys fishing as much as I do.
