Daryl and the boys caught some purdy slot drum today. We fished the marshes at the east end of the river and found some slot drum willing to play ball. We also had a few nice flounder in the mix. If you enjoy hard pulling, rod bending, and drag screaming action on light tackle, you should consider a redfishing trip this fall on the Pamlico. We will be fishing out of Swan Quarter in late Sept, Oct, Nov, and potentially all the way up the holidays if these brutes hang around.
