Linda and her two sons Micheal and Evan had a great day catching some stripers on topwater this morning and some specs to top the day off. We fought some squally weather but it was well worth it because we threw topwater baits all morning. Most people really don’t like a bad weather forecast, but I find myself smiling when it’s going to be mostly cloudy with a light drizzle. My kind of weather. I think Micheal and Evan “caught the fishing bug” today and had a whole lot of fun doing some fishing they’ve never done.
