Stay tuned to the January 2011 for an article on water quality and it’s implications to fisheries populations in the Pamlico and Pungo river system. The riverkeeper and my co-worker at the Pamlico Tar River Foundation, Heather Jacobs Deck, co-authored the article with me. Hopefully it will educate local and visiting recreational anglers in the Washington and Belhaven area on important issues related to water quality and sustainable fisheries.
